Binghatti's own Starfall registration page now corroborates the project name and Al Jaddaf location, upgrading the previously broker-only project identification. This is confirmation of the project and registration page, not independent confirmation that sales have opened or that the provisional 22 September 2026 launch date is final. The earlier broker schedule describes studios, one- and two-bedroom homes with limited Royal layouts, but its inventory counts, pricing, payment plan and handover still require final developer documentation.

**Broker price indication:** Remington's page, rechecked 21 September 2026, now lists studios from AED 759,999 and standard one-bedroom homes from AED 1,234,999. These replace the earlier broad broker guidance; an original developer price list is still not independently verified. Not confirmed by the developer.

**Payment plan:** Broker-listed by Remington, checked 21 September: 50/50 for studios and 2BR; 60/40 for 1BR. Unit-specific schedule and developer confirmation awaited. (as reported, not confirmed by the developer).

**Handover:** Q4 2028 indicated by Remington; unconfirmed by the developer and subject to conflicting broker material..

**Unit mix as sourced:** Studio (528 in the preliminary broker schedule); 1BR apartment (168 standard apartments plus one Royal Suite, preliminary); 2BR apartment (55 standard apartments plus two Royal Suites, preliminary).
