A Sky Club on Floor 39
A spa, hammam, sauna, panoramic gym, private cinema and children's room sit on a dedicated wellness floor, above the residential levels.
A Private Cinema and a Children's Room
The Sky Club's own screening room and a dedicated kids' playroom sit alongside the spa and gym, one floor above the residences.
Resort Pools and a River Feature
The podium deck carries resort-style pools, a river feature and cabana seating, wrapped in landscaped gardens.
Business and Residential in One Tower
Floors 1-15 hold business suites, from 1,010 sq ft offices up to full floors of 40,600-55,900 sq ft — a rare mixed-use structure for DLRC, with its own co-working lounge.
European Craftsmanship
Italian-made kitchens and wardrobes, assembled on-site by European specialists — Mr. Eight's branded-villa DNA carried into a high-rise.
The Tallest Tower in DLRC
Per Mr. Eight's own site, The WOW Tower is the tallest building in Dubai Land Residence Complex — a landmark for the district's skyline.
Property Types & Floor Plans
Two plans: 50/50 with no post-handover, or 60/40 over 18 months.
Option 1 is a straightforward 50/50 — 50% during construction, 50% on handover, with no post-handover component. Option 2 is 60/40 — 60% during construction and the remaining 40% paid in stages over 18 months after handover. A booking fee of AED 70,000 applies, with the 4% DLD transfer fee and a AED 5,000 admin fee due on SPA signing.
Why The WOW Tower is a Smart Mr. Eight Investment
For Growth
A mixed-use landmark combining business suites and branded residences in one 46-floor tower — a differentiated structure inside a district still building its identity.
For the Long Hold
Mr. Eight brings an established branded-villa portfolio (Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Islands) to its first high-rise. The honest caveat: this is the developer's first tower-format project, and its 1,056-unit count comes from broker aggregation rather than the official microsite itself.
