ORA Developers is a global real estate group founded in 2016 and chaired by Egyptian billionaire Naguib Sawiris. It manages a portfolio the company values at over USD 45 billion across 17 landmark developments in the UAE, Egypt, Cyprus, Pakistan, Grenada, Greece and Iraq, and opened a UAE headquarters at One Central, Dubai, ahead of its first UAE launch.

Bayn and Y Views

Bayn is ORA's flagship UAE master plan — a 4.8 million square metre coastal community at Ghantoot, the strip on Sheikh Zayed Road between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, built around a "Multiple-Nuclei city" concept of three distinct urban districts. It carries a 204-berth marina, over 7 kilometres of lagoons, a 1.3 km private beach and more than 55% green space. Y Views at Bayn is the waterfront villa enclave inside it — five to eight bedroom villas, 6,854 to 15,794 square feet, from AED 11 million, on a 10/50/40 plan with delivery due December 2029. It is ORA's first UAE project to reach the market, launched April 2025 with main construction starting April 2026.

Who owns ORA Developers?

ORA Developers is privately held, chaired and led by Egyptian billionaire Naguib Sawiris as Chairman and CEO. The company has said it is considering an IPO within three to four years of its UAE launch, but as of this page's last check remains privately owned.
