The official page confirms the parkside location, Metro walkability and both residential and commercial registration; DLD-derived records indicate 541 one- to four-bedroom apartments, 47 offices and eight retail units across the scheme. Starting prices and the exact sales-opening date have not been released. For brokers, this is scarce new central-Dubai inventory with unusually strong Metro, DIFC and Downtown access.
