About Centurion Properties
Centurion Properties is a Dubai developer established in 2013, whose first building was a freehold commercial tower in Deira — the district it still works from, on the 6th floor of Tower A at Centurion Star in Port Saeed. The Dubai Land Department registers it as Royal Centurion Real Estate Development. Four projects appear on its current list: Burj Capital in Business Bay (commercial, marked "Launching"), Capital One JVC (commercial), Flora Isle Residences on Dubai Islands and Sola Residences in Dubai South — two commercial buildings and two residential ones. See "Who owns Centurion Properties?" above for the family behind it and the leadership team.
What it has delivered
Centurion dates its deliveries year by year on its own About page. Centurion Residences and Riah Tower are recorded as delivered in 2017, Centurion Onyx in 2019, and four residential projects in London in 2021 — the only work it records outside the UAE. Its statistics block puts the running total at more than ten projects delivered and fifteen-plus upcoming, and its 2024 milestone entry at 28-plus projects and over 15 million square feet of built-up area. Those are three different counts, and Centurion states each of them separately itself.
Two things Centurion publishes nowhere: a units-delivered figure, and a price on any project. Every completion it names is residential; the turn towards offices is recent, and Burj Capital is the largest example of it.
Burj Capital
On GRAF, Centurion is represented by one building: Burj Capital, an A+ grade commercial tower on a plot fronting the Business Bay Canal — 243 units of which 238 are offices and 5 are ground-level retail, sold shell and core from AED 2,580,000 on the developer feed brokers work from, with handover stated for Q4 2028. It was launched at an event at the JW Marriott Marquis on 29 September 2025, the Land Department values the project at AED 150 million, and the design is by HKS Architects.
It is one of the better-evidenced projects in this year's commercial wave: the Land Department has recorded 50 sales in it, the most recent on 17 September 2026, and the lowest of them, AED 2,660,000, sits within 3% of the developer's own entry figure. What Centurion publishes for it is a set of dated September 2026 site photographs; the 10% that circulates is a label on a payment-milestone graphic and carries no construction meaning.
Names to keep apart
OCTA Properties is not a co-developer of Burj Capital. Centurion's own microsite describes OCTA as the "master agency for sales, sales operations, and marketing", and OCTA appears nowhere on Centurion's main project page — yet a long list of broker pages is titled "Burj Capital by OCTA Properties". The developer is Centurion. OCTA is the agency.
And keep the company's four near-identical names apart while you search: Burj Capital is the Business Bay tower, Capital One JVC is a different commercial building, Centurion Capital One Properties is the legal entity behind Burj Capital and not a project of its own, and Centurion Residences is a residential project the company's own timeline records as delivered in 2017 — which is why it is absent from the current project list.
