Its current official website confirms 272 offices in four blocks above ground and two retail levels, with landscape and wellbeing integrated into the workplace concept. Current pricing, EOI and payment terms remain broker indications, and broker handover dates conflict. The previously scheduled 19 October sales date does not by itself establish actual opening or today's available offices.
