Elite Island (Island E)

Nakheel is preparing Island E at Dubai Islands, marketed by brokers as "Elite Island": a residential-only enclave with no hotels, retail or tourist zones, built around a private marina, a residents-only clubhouse and some 49,000 sq m of parkland. Broker pages describe fewer than 100 three- to seven-bedroom villas and townhouses across the island, though one source counts around 150 once townhouses are included.

A September 2026 sales launch is advertised by brokers, and no source confirms it for this island. The only dated launch found on Island E is Bay Estate Phase 1, from AED 4.7 million, reported as March 2026 — and the September date may well belong to Bay Villas Phase 2, a different Nakheel release on Island B. Pricing, payment plan and handover for the ultra-luxury villa tier are unreleased; the AED 6.8 million four-bedroom figure quoted in broker chatter appears in no published source, and broker pages that do quote a number give "from AED 2.6M+" for smaller units or simply "price TBA".
