Ellington Business Bay offices (working name)

Brokers are marketing a pre-launch Grade-A commercial office tower at the Business Bay entrance beside Sheikh Zayed Road, attributing it to Ellington Properties, a developer known for design-led residential towers in Business Bay and MBR City. Ellington has announced nothing: the project has no official name, the label "The Atelier" comes from two broker sites and nowhere else, and the tower does not appear among Ellington's Business Bay projects on Property Finder.

It should not be called the developer's first office tower. Ellington unveiled Eaton Square in MBR City in August 2025, described by the developer and by news coverage as its first A-Grade office building. Eaton Square is a roughly 13-floor building, so the Business Bay tower may be being marketed as a first high-rise commercial tower specifically — but no source states that distinction. Starting price, payment plan, launch date, handover date, floor plate sizes, unit count and floor count are all unreleased, and the 60–66 storeys and roughly AED 2,500 per sq ft quoted in broker chatter appear in no published source.
