Rove Home The Greens

The Greens, Dubai, Dubai

Rove Hotels and IRTH Group announced Rove Home The Greens on 17 September 2026 as the next project under their expanded residential partnership. The announcement identifies 200 homes in Dubai's established The Greens community. Rove Hotels has since indicated a launch before the end of 2026, but no exact sales-opening date, unit configurations, starting prices, payment plan or handover were released in the reviewed material. The established neighbourhood and limited announced home count make this a relevant early-access opportunity.

**Confidence:** High on project identity, IRTH/Rove partnership, location and 200-home total. Rove's own post indicates launch before the end of 2026; exact sales opening and commercial terms remain unknown.
