LMD has announced Christian A. Rockefeller Business Tower, an 87-storey Grade A office development on Sheikh Zayed Road between Business Bay and Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro stations. Four office collections include individual offices, half floors and full floors, with Prime offices starting at approximately 1,077 sq ft. Five amenity floors combine wellness, dining and business facilities, including a sky business centre. The company statement dated 22 October 2026 says offices are available for sale and schedules completion for Q2 2031; official prices and payment terms have not been verified.

Prime offices start at approximately 1,077 sq ft; Elite at 2,294 sq ft; Executive half floors at 5,888 sq ft; and Presidential full floors at 11,541 sq ft. The Presidential collection occupies Levels 71–80 and includes private terraces. Shared facilities include pools, a spa, fitness spaces, padel, meeting rooms and podcast studios.

The dated company statement reports sales availability through Devmark, while the current sales partner homepage still displays Coming Soon. The exact first sales day and current available units have not been verified. Earlier broker marketing appeared on 20 October.

Luxwell Real Estate indicates AED 4,000–4,500 per sq ft and a 50/50 plan. Both remain broker guidance pending an official price list and payment schedule. Completion in Q2 2031 is the company’s scheduled target.
