Meraki has named Celeste as its upcoming development in Dubai South, with an official unveiling planned for November 2026. The company describes a mixed-use residential project and says further design and project details will follow before launch. The named November pipeline gives brokers an early Dubai South opportunity to monitor before the full commercial release. Official unit mix, prices, payment plan, EOI terms, handover and the actual sales-opening date remain unverified.

Broker price indication: Alnair's 20 October early-access report indicates studios from AED683,000, 1BR from AED1.16m and 2BR from AED1.40m, with AED20,000 EOI and 40/60 payments. These are broker indications, not a developer price list. Its Q4 2029 delivery indication conflicts with Q2 2030 on other broker portals; neither is adopted as confirmed handover. Not confirmed by the developer.
