MERED's company announcement published on 3 November 2026 specifies Riviera Residences Phase 2 on Al Reem Island within ADGM: 389 apartments, eight Bay Villas, six Sky Villas and one penthouse. Designed by Herzog & de Meuron, the phase is targeted for completion in Q2 2030, with work scheduled to commence by the end of 2026. The project-level official schedule is 5% booking and 50/50 including booking, subject to each Phase 2 unit's signed schedule. Official starting prices, exact sales-opening day and current unit availability remain unverified.
