The developer markets the project as Wyndham Residences Marjan Beach, with fully furnished one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments at the coming-soon stage. The final unit schedule is pending, and operator-side confirmation of the branding or management agreement has not been verified.

Starting prices, payment plan, paid EOI terms, handover and the actual sales-opening date remain unverified. Registration forms and generic limited-units marketing do not establish current unit availability.
