Mubadala, TARAF and Kerzner International announced One&Only Private Residences on Al Maryah Island on 1 October 2026. The proposed 44-storey, approximately 230-metre tower will offer one- to three-bedroom residences, duplexes and a penthouse, with a connection to The Galleria.
