Nshama is a Dubai real estate developer founded in 2014. Its own site credits Fred Durie, formerly of Emaar International, with a key role in the company's founding, citing his prior involvement in landmark Emaar projects including Downtown Dubai and Dubai Marina.
Town Square Dubai
Nshama's flagship — and, to date, only publicly announced — master community is Town Square Dubai, launched in March 2015 along Al Qudra Road. The 750-acre development is built around a 50,000 sqm central park, a retail and dining strip called The Promenade, and dozens of low- and mid-rise residential buildings, with a long-term masterplan reported to include roughly 3,000 townhouses and 18,000 apartments.
Olbia at Town Square
Olbia is a 1–3-bedroom apartment building (plus 3-bedroom duplexes) inside Town Square, a short walk from the central park. It launched from AED 955,000 on a 10/30/60 payment plan, with handover due Q2 2028.
