Reportage Group develops residential projects in the UAE and publishes a wider international portfolio. Its UAE work includes apartments, townhouses and community-led residential schemes in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

The company’s official project pages and construction updates cover names including SENSI on Saadiyat Island, Reportage Village, Verdana, R. Hills, Bianca, Perla, Oasis and Rukan. Progress updates are published project by project.

In June 2026, Reportage announced the groundbreaking of SENSI on Saadiyat Island. Its construction-update page also provides dated progress information for active UAE projects.

In Dubai, Rukan is the GRAF project reference in Wadi Al Safa. Current availability, payment terms and delivery information should be taken from the relevant official project material.

How Reportage differs from other Dubai developers

Reportage Group is an Abu Dhabi company that sells at the entry end of the UAE off-plan market and publishes a completion percentage for every project it builds. It publishes nothing at all about who owns it.

An Abu Dhabi company first
Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Abu Dhabi, it built in Masdar City, Al Raha Beach and Al Maryah Island before it built in Dubai.
The bottom of the price range
Its own project listing opened at AED 400k for a Bianca townhouse and AED 465K at Verdana on 20 August 2026, against AED 2.8M for Brabus Island and Sensi.
A completion percentage for every project
The construction tracker gave a figure for all 51 projects on 20 August 2026, from 1% to 100%, with monthly video updates for Abu Dhabi, Dubai and the international portfolio.
The fastest growth in Abu Dhabi in 2025
Cavendish Maxwell counted 1,300 Reportage sales against 400 the year before, the sharpest rise among the developers named in that report.
A third of the portfolio outside the UAE
Of 116 projects, 34 are international, across 20-plus countries including Egypt, Türkiye, Azerbaijan, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Morocco, Albania, France and the United States.
No ownership disclosure
No shareholder register, no accounts, no listing and no prospectus, unlike Aldar and Emaar, whose shares trade on ADX and DFM.
Why GRAF recommends Reportage

Reportage Group suits a buyer looking at the entry end of the UAE off-plan market — studios, apartments and townhouses in Masdar City, Al Raha Beach, Al Maryah Island, Dubailand and Dubai Investments Park — who wants a per-project completion figure to read before signing.
