About IMAN Developers

IMAN Developers is a Dubai residential developer founded in 2016. The company names Ismail Marfani as CEO and lists its head office at Hills Business Park in Dubai.

IMAN numbers its own developments 01 to 18 on its home page: nine are handed over, from Oxford Villa in June 2017 to Oxford Gardens in December 2025, and nine are under construction. Its marketing counter still reads “15+ Portfolio”, which predates the newest launches; the numbered list is the later figure and the one used here.

Dubai portfolio

The portfolio spans Jumeirah Village Circle, Arjan, Dubai Hills, Motor City and Al Sufouh. IMAN's timeline records two 2025 handovers: Oxford Terraces 2 in March and The Grove in April.

Current milestones include One Sky Park and One Park Square in JVC, Gardens 2 in Arjan, and 15 Cascade and Sierra in Motor City. The company publishes a project value and target completion period for each of these developments.

Current milestones

One Sky Park is presented as an AED 800 million development with a Q1 2028 target. One Park Square is a Dh320 million development that sold out within four hours of its launch on 14 November 2024 and carries a Q2 2028 target. In Motor City, 15 Cascade has 442 units and Sierra has 593 units; their stated targets are Q3 2028 and Q2 2029.

How IMAN differs from other Dubai developers

IMAN Developers builds mid-rise apartment buildings inside other developers' master plans, and it has built most of them on one street grid. Ten of its eighteen developments carry the Oxford name; the portfolio outside Jumeirah Village Circle sits in Arjan, Dubai Hills, Motor City and Al Sufouh.

Nine handovers, each with a month
The company's milestone timeline gives a date for every completed building: Oxford Villa June 2017, Oxford Residence May 2018, Oxford Residence 2 July 2020, Oxford Boulevard 2021, Oxford 212 September 2023, Oxford Terraces August 2024, Oxford Terraces 2 March 2025, The Grove April 2025, Oxford Gardens December 2025.
One district carries the portfolio
Khaleej Times and Middle East Construction News both counted Oxford Cove as the developer's twelfth project in Jumeirah Village Circle when it launched in May 2026.
Ten buildings share one name
The Oxford Series runs from Oxford Villa in 2017 to Oxford Cove in 2026, through Oxford Residence, Oxford Residence 2, Oxford Boulevard, Oxford 212, Oxford Terraces, Oxford Terraces 2, Oxford Gardens and 10 Oxford.
Apartments, not villas or towers
The published mixes run studios to three bedrooms. Gardens 2 is 416 to 1,710 sq ft over basement, ground, roof and five floors; Oxford Cove is B+G+P+5; The Grove is nine floors. Sierra adds four-bedroom duplexes.
Versace Ceramics on two projects
One Sky Park from September 2024, then 15 Cascade in February 2025. The supplier provides finishes for apartments, lobbies and common areas.
Four sell-outs measured in hours
Oxford Terraces in one hour, Oxford Gardens in three hours in March 2023, One Park Square in four hours in November 2024 and Oxford Cove in two hours in May 2026. Each figure is the developer's, carried by Gulf News and Khaleej Times.
The two largest projects by value are in Motor City
15 Cascade at US $190.6 million with 442 units, and Sierra at Dh900 million with 593 homes.
Why GRAF recommends IMAN

IMAN Developers suits a buyer looking for a studio to three-bedroom apartment in Jumeirah Village Circle, Arjan, Dubai Hills or Motor City, or for the 113 Residences collection in Al Sufouh.

What the record shows
  1. Nine completed buildings, each with a dateThe handovers run from Oxford Villa in June 2017 to Oxford Gardens in December 2025, and every one carries a month on the company's own milestone timeline.
  2. The company numbers its own projectsThe company numbers its own developments 01 to 18 on its home page and dates each handover on its milestone timeline, which makes handed over and under construction easy to tell apart without adding them up.
  3. The Dubai Land Department has been cited twice on delivery speedThe company's timeline records a 2020 citation for Oxford Residence 2 as one of the ten fastest-moving projects of that year, and the Speed of Development Award for 2021 for Oxford Boulevard.
  4. Independent coverage carries the same figuresGulf News, Khaleej Times, Zawya, Construction Business News Middle East and Middle East Construction News print the same values, unit counts and completion quarters as the developer's own releases.
What to check before signing
  1. Ownership is not on public recordThe site names the entity as Iman Developers LLC and LinkedIn records the type as privately held, but no register or filing names an owner. Confirm the registered company printed on the contract and its DLD project registration.
  2. Completion quarters are targetsQ2 2028 for One Park Square and Q3 2028 for 15 Cascade are the developer's published dates. Ask for the contractual completion date in the SPA instead.

  4. Sell-out times come from the developerOne hour, two hours, three hours and four hours are IMAN's own figures, repeated in press coverage. No transaction record supports them.
