About Imtiaz Developments
Imtiaz Developments is a privately held Dubai property developer led by founder and CEO Masih Imtiaz. Its history has two clear stages: the wider group dates its construction heritage to 1993, while Forbes Middle East dates property development under the Imtiaz brand to 2014. See "Who owns Imtiaz Developments?" above for what is, and isn't, confirmed about its ownership and scale.
Current activity spans Dubai Islands, Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubailand, Meydan and Sheikh Zayed Road, with a March 2026 plot acquisition in Downtown Jebel Ali marking its newest corridor.
Recent handovers
Imtiaz published individual handover announcements for Westwood Grande, Pearl House I and II, Beach Walk and Hyde Walk. Pearl House II was reported three months ahead of schedule, while Hyde Walk was announced in December 2025 as the company's fifth delivery of that year.
Beach Walk was presented by Imtiaz as the first residential project handover on Dubai Islands. That wording is the company's own project milestone — see our Dubai Islands guide for how the wider district is developing.
RAW District milestone
Imtiaz reported that RAW District, an AED 2 billion mixed-use development on Sheikh Zayed Road, sold out on launch day in June 2026. It repeated the result a month later with a separate launch-day sell-out for the AED 1.5 billion RAW District 2 on the same corridor. RAW District is the project GRAF sells on this page.
