The group is registered with the Dubai Land Department as Developer № 1977 since June 2024 — the developer's own registration, not this project's RERA number — and holds Dubai Economic Department licence № 1108968. Six projects sit on the Land Department register, none delivered yet; the earliest handover in the portfolio is Q1 2027, and the Land Department's first trace of this project is July 2026. This is a first-time developer, and on a page headlined by an AED 680,800 office that is the buyer's most important fact. The parent group describes twenty years of investment expertise: that is trading and investment history, not twenty years of building. While you are paying construction instalments here, Tomorrow World will still be finishing its first building.
The pipeline claims all carry dates.
