Rove-branded residences

IRTH's partnership with Rove Hotels began with Rove Home Downtown Dubai, introduced in September 2023 as the first Rove-branded residence built anywhere. The partnership has since added Rove Home Marasi Drive and Rove Home Dubai Marina — the latter named Lifestyle Project of the Year 2024 at the Gulf Business Real Estate Game Changer Awards. Commercial portfolio, including what GRAF sells

Haus of Tenet in Business Bay, launched 30 January 2026, was the first commercial project IRTH built under its own brand, not a Rove licence. It combines up to 225 shell-and-core office units — bought at the off-plan stage — with a Collector's Programme that gives buyers shared ownership of curated artwork in the building's public spaces. HQ by Rove at Marasi Bay is the second IRTH building on GRAF — a hospitality-branded workplace of 23 furnished, serviced office floors on Business Bay's largest private-road plot, where IRTH appointed Cushman & Wakefield Core for property management and leasing in September 2025.

Construction brought in-house

IRTH announced IRTH Contracting in July 2026 as the delivery platform for its current and future portfolio, bringing design, construction and handover under one roof for the whole pipeline. Chief executive Osman Celiker, named among the Top 150 Real Estate Icons of the UAE for 2025, has built the company's approach around designing for how people actually use a building before the architecture is drawn. Who owns IRTH Group?

IRTH Group is privately held. Its homepage states that the company was founded by the AlShamsi family, and its FAQ page answers the ownership question with the same sentence, naming Osman Celiker as Managing Director; the About Us team page gives him as Chief Executive Officer. LinkedIn records the company type as privately held and its size as 51–200 employees. The About Us page places IRTH inside a family conglomerate with a heritage of more than a century. Celiker was named among the Top 150 Real Estate Icons of the UAE for 2025, and Bayut named IRTH its Emerging Developer of the Month in February 2025.

How IRTH differs from other Dubai developers

Is Rove Home an IRTH brand?

No. IRTH's own FAQ page states that Rove Hotels was launched as a joint venture between Meraas Holding and Emaar Properties PJSC. Rove Home is that brand extended to residences; IRTH is the developer of the three Dubai towers. Other Rove Home projects belong to other developers — Rove Hotels states that Rove Home Meydan Horizon is developed in partnership with Al Ain.
