Active in DubailandDubai

Tanmiyat Group is associated with Living Legends, a residential community in Dubailand. Historical company and press material describes a mix of villas and apartment buildings within the wider project.

Living Legends was introduced to the market in the mid-2000s. Dated reporting from 2016 recorded home handovers following utility connections, while later project publications described further construction and community plans.

The community is now established, and GRAF's Living Legends page focuses on the homes and current market context. Availability and pricing are property-specific and should be confirmed for the individual residence. See our Dubai family villa locations guide for how a finished, golf-centred community like this compares with other family neighbourhoods.

Tanmiyat traces to a Saudi Arabian real estate business founded in 1982, now chaired by Sheikh Suleiman Bin Abdul Aziz Al Majed, whose group has built 33 projects across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Lebanon and Turkey.

How Tanmiyat differs from other Dubai developers

Tanmiyat is a one-community developer. Almost everything it has built in Dubai stands inside Living Legends in Dubailand, and the homes there are finished rather than off-plan.

One community, not a spread: The Dubai portfolio is Living Legends in Dubailand plus two Business Bay towers. Developers of comparable age usually sell across several masterplans.
A delivered community: The 500 villas were reported complete in April 2018. Buying a villa here normally means a resale of a finished home, not a launch.
Golf inside the plan: The nine-hole Peter Harradine course sits at the centre of the community rather than beside it.
Verified through public record, not self-reporting: Every figure here traces to dated press coverage and the Dubai Land Department developer register rather than the company's own marketing.
Later phases carry other names: Living Legends Phase 4 is registered to Amer Alghurair Development. The community name does not identify the developer of a given tower.

Why GRAF recommends Tanmiyat

Suits a buyer looking at a finished Dubailand community — detached villas around a nine-hole golf course — rather than an off-plan launch.
