Tanmiyat built it across 14 million square feet — roughly 1.3 million square metres — with 500 detached villas ringing a nine-hole course and 2,200 apartments behind them, delivered in 2015. Tanmiyat Group
Tanmiyat Group is the Dubai developer behind Living Legends — one of the earlier private master-planned communities in the Dubailand belt. Living Legends was delivered in 2015 and is fully occupied, with a golf course, schools and retail operating inside the gates.
