Abu Dhabi: Mira Hills at Al Mamoura

Mira Hills is the mixed-use community Mira Developments is building at Al Mamoura, on land bought from AD Ports Group under an AED 2.47 billion agreement effective 29 September 2025. Construction is due to start within twelve months of that date, with full completion targeted ten years out.

Ras Al Khaimah and international portfolio

Gianfranco Ferré Residences is a waterfront project on Al Marjan Island. Mira Coral Bay, unveiled in May 2025, is a multi-branded waterfront community in Al Mairid.

Outside the UAE, the company lists Trussardi Residences at Mira Verde in Tbilisi, Georgia, targeted for Q3 2029, and POST Hotel & Residences by ELIE SAAB in Andermatt, Switzerland, targeted for Q3 2027. Both dates are the company's own targets on its projects page; neither is a handover.
