Mira Hills is being developed under a Plot Sale and Development Agreement (effective Sept 2025) between Mira Developments and AD Ports Group — built on a AED 2.47 billion land deal, with total project investment reported at more than AED 55 billion. It is one of Abu Dhabi's most ambitious mixed-use master plans, in the Al Mamoura district near Ghantoot on the E-11 between the two emirates, with planned linkage to the upcoming Etihad Rail passenger service.
The reported programme spans roughly 14,000 apartments, 1,700 villas and 1,000 townhouses alongside one of the region's largest malls, a business complex, five-star hotels, a championship golf course, two universities and three schools, a 200-bed hospital, two museums and extensive green and waterfront space — a complete, largely car-free city designed around connectivity, lifestyle and long-term growth. Mira Developments was co-founded in 2023 by Timur Mamaikhanov and Tamara Getigezheva.
