Arada is a UAE master developer incorporated in Sharjah on 22 January 2017. Its audited accounts name two shareholders, CORP KBW Investments LLC with 60 per cent and Basma Group LLC SP with 40 per cent. The company counts 15,000 units delivered and 9,600 under construction across eleven UAE developments, among them Aljada and Masaar in Sharjah and Jouri Hills, Armani Beach Residences and W Residences in Dubai. It also develops in Australia and the United Kingdom.

A UAE master developer

Arada was established in 2017 and develops large-scale communities and branded residences. Its eleven UAE developments span master communities and branded towers — among them Aljada, the Masaar series and Nasma Residences in Sharjah, and Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah, W Residences at Dubai Harbour and Jouri Hills at Jumeirah Golf Estates in Dubai.

Arada reported in January 2026 that it had launched 11 UAE projects and delivered more than 10,000 homes; its corporate presentation of February 2026 raised that counter to 15,000 units delivered against 9,600 under construction. Current programme

The forest communities keep growing: Masaar 2 adds 1,997 homes across four phases on a AED 2.7 billion construction contract, and Masaar 3 is planned as an 4,000-home woodland district across eight further phases. At Dubai Harbour, W Residences brings the Marriott-owned lifestyle brand to more than 400 branded homes across three towers. Internationally, Arada agreed to acquire an 80% stake in London's Thameside West masterplan in November 2025, a 47-acre Royal Docks scheme cleared for at least 5,000 homes.

Who owns Arada?

Arada Developments LLC is privately held by two companies. Note 1 of its KPMG-audited consolidated financial statements for 2025 records CORP KBW Investments LLC with 1,080,000 shares, or 60 per cent, and Basma Group LLC SP with 720,000 shares, or 40 per cent. The same note states that CORP KBW Investments LLC is wholly owned by H.R.H. Prince Khalid Bin Al Waleed Bin Talal Bin AbdulAziz Al Saud, and that Basma Group LLC SP is wholly owned by H.H. Sheikh Sultan Ahmed Sultan Al Qasimi. The interim statements repeat the same register for 30 June 2026. The offering circular filed with the London Stock Exchange in June 2022 gives the same 60/40 split. The shares are not listed.

It began in Sharjah, not Dubai: Nasma Residences launched in March 2017 and Aljada in September 2017, both in Sharjah. The first Dubai project, Jouri Hills, came in November 2022.

Yes. Arada Developments LLC publishes KPMG-audited annual statements and reviewed half-year statements. For 2025 it reported revenue of AED 6.07 billion, profit after tax of AED 1.08 billion, total assets of AED 21.31 billion and total equity of AED 3.79 billion. A separate January 2026 release reported group revenue of AED 6.7 billion on a wider group scope.

Is Arada listed on a stock exchange?

Its shares are not listed. Its debt is. Two Cayman Islands issuers, Arada Sukuk Limited and Arada Sukuk 2 Limited, have issued trust certificates listed on the London Stock Exchange and Nasdaq Dubai, USD 1.5 billion outstanding across three transactions. The most recent, USD 450 million at a profit rate of 7.150%, was listed in September 2025 and matures in 2030.

Where does Arada build outside the UAE?

Australia and the United Kingdom. It entered Australia in 2024 with a base in Pyrmont, Sydney. In September 2025 it acquired a 75 per cent stake in London developer Regal with an initial £500 million commitment, and in November 2025 an 80 per cent stake in Thameside West, a 47-acre Royal Docks scheme with permission for at least 5,000 homes and a £2.5 billion development value.
