How Clédor differs from other Dubai developers

Clédor is three years old and sells development management as much as development. Its own About page describes "real estate development and development management", and on most of its projects an outside company is named as the developer. What it holds alone is the Arthouse licence for the UAE.

Development management, not only building
The company describes end-to-end development and development management across the project lifecycle. Construction Business News Middle East calls it a development management company.
It holds a brand, not only sites
Clédor is named the official Arthouse brand partner for the UAE and the gateway for every Arthouse-branded project in the country.
Four of six developments carry one brand
Arthouse Residences Meydan, Arthouse Hills Arjan, Arthouse Private Residences and Al Marjan Arthouse all run under the Arthouse Hotel New York name.
A different partner on each project
Adaan Developments is the developer in Arjan, AMIS on Woodland Residences, Viva Development in Meydan District 11, and Prospect the strategic partner on Al Marjan Island.
An outside shareholder
Amwaj International has held 18% since April 2025 and Clédor manages the conglomerate's UAE real-estate ventures under the same agreement.
A DIFC office rather than a sales tower
The company works from Office 301-304, Gate Village 5, DIFC, and lists 11 to 50 employees.
Why GRAF recommends Clédor

GRAF sells Arthouse Residences Meydan — Clédor suits a buyer looking at the first Arthouse-branded apartments in Dubai, in Meydan District 1, at prices below the Dubai ultra-luxury tier.
